Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date of package. If you are interested in setting up a return / exchange, please e-mail us at email@example.com for an authorized return number upon acceptance.
All returns / exchanges must have all accompanying tags, packaging, and be in the original new, unworn condition.
For returns, store credit will be issued upon receipt of the return package. We do not accept refunds.
All Sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns.
For exchanges, we will ship out the desired exchange item once we receive the return package. Please let us know what item you are interested in exchanging for when contacting us for the authorized return number. We will be happy to place it on hold to ensure the desired exchange item.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees (including duties and taxes). In the case of an exchange, an additional shipping fee for the exchange item will be charged to the customer.
