Patrik Ervell Varsity - Navy Melange

One of our highly anticipated outerwear picks for the season, Patrik Ervell’s Varsity Jacket is a modern take on the classic jacket style. The body consists of an Italian felted wool that is boiled to achieve a dense matted texture, which in turn is makes the wool more warm and wind resistant. The raglan sleeves are constructed from an insulated nylon fabric that ensures both comfort and warmth. The cut of the jacket itself is cropped at the waist with a structured body shape. Finished with a cupro lining on the interior of the jacket, this piece showcases Patrik Ervell’s ability to reinterpret a classic jacket style through subtly luxurious materials and a modern silhouette.

We just received some new footwear from Maison Martin Margiela Line 22.

This first version is a new take on the German Army Trainer by using the same high-density gum rubber used on the sole of the sneaker on the upper of shoe. As with the classic GAT, the sneaker is still fully lined in leather for premium comfort. The color of the shoe itself is a muted mustard yellow that is very pleasing.

The second version is another new take on the Germany Army Trainer by applying an enamel writing effect on the upper of the sneaker. In a smokey navy colorway, the texture of the shoe is similar to vinyl. Again, the sneaker is fully lined with leather with the classic high density gum rubber sole.

We just received our first delivery from the Band of Outsiders Spring Summer 2012 collection. The collection is inspired by the West Side Story, with the fun quirky twists you can expect from Band of Outsiders.

Dapper Dan - Issue 04 - This issue of Dapper Dan features beautiful photography and editorial work as always and interviews from Ann Demeulemeester and Kris Van Assche. Dapper Dan definitely presents a fresh philosophical approach to the fashion world.
